John has
very strong beliefs in Mind Body and Spirit. He believes
that they are all part of the same system and not separate
entities. To gain fulfilment in life he believes that
we have to nurture all three parts of our system as best
we can. All these three aspects of a person are inextricably
linked he believes and interact with one another to make
a person whole. John has for many years worked within
the criminal justice system with clients who have chaotic
lifestyles which are entrenched in drug use. He also works
with private clients around life-coaching and personal
training as well as working with clients clairvoyantly.
The 3 different
client groups all have and want different aspects of their
lives attending to but for John he utilises the same belief
for all 3. He takes each client on their own personal journey
of discovery around where they want to be in life, and to
find the truth out about themselves and allow them to create
and achieve what they wish to create and achieve in life.
John believes problems in peoples lives are essentially
about them wanting to move away from pain. He believes thoughts
trigger behaviours. John doesn't believe that people are
here on this plane to suffer and that we are all pleasure
seekers in one form or another. We all do things in life
to create pleasure and for John there is nothing wrong with
this. Johns work is all about moving away from the pain
and suffering and moving towards and creating happiness,
fulfilment and enjoyment. He doesn't buy into the term contentment
as he feels being content with what you have and are in
life is not enough. Why be content when people can have
real fulfilment in abundance?
John believes
we can all have this but what prevents many of us realising
this goal are thoughts, choices and decisions we make on
a daily basis. He thinks these choices and decisions affect
and take us to the places we are in life. They take us to
the places we work, the places we live and the friendships
and relationships we have. He believes like attracts like
and that not just our actions govern this but also our thoughts
and decisions, conscious and subconscious. He believes that
a person will move towards what that person thinks about,
be that good or bad. Like attracts like; throw a thought
out and it will come back to you. John has an analogy for
this; its like the sea, the tide goes out and it comes back
in again, so if the tide going out is the thought you are
sending out, then the tide coming back in is the thought
coming back to a person and it can bring all sorts of things
back in with it dependent on the initial thought sent out.
The tide can bring all sorts of things back in with it from
old bicycle wheels to messages in bottles from distant far
off lands!
John suggests
that whatever it is that a person is thinking about comes
into that persons reality in some way. A person may be thinking
about buying a house, they will start to notice houses for
sale but he also believes this is beyond co-incidence. You
may be thinking about someone and that person then phones
you or you bump into them in the street. Or you may be looking
for some answers to a problem and you come across that perfect
book. These are not co-incidences as far as John is concerned,
they are conscious and subconscious thoughts being provided
for by yourself and the universe. John says that once a
person is aware that they can create all of this through
their own thought processes then the world truly is their
oyster. And this is what John uses in all of his work. There
is a higher consciousness out there willing to provide everything
we want in life and it's just about having the knowledge
of how to tap into it.
So within all the work John does with all the different
types of clients he uses this law of attraction throughout.
He teaches that it's as easy as thinking about what you
want. It's about making it happen for a person, finding
that connection, being aware of who we are because many
of us live for tomorrow and think about yesterday, are they
ever in the moment?
Living for tomorrow and thinking about yesterday means that
a person is not in the conscious creating process they need
to be in to fulfil their aspirations and dreams. For any
client John works with, for whatever reason that client
is working with John, its about where that client wants
to be; its about what they want instead of what they've
got and moving towards that, thinking about themselves in
that place, asking themselves how they would feel when they
are at that place, visualise themselves already in that
place, again sending out the thoughts of it already being
manifested. Thoughts trigger feelings and feelings trigger
behaviour so in simplistic terms our own thoughts can govern
how we behave and react to situations in our lives. Once
people know how to control their thoughts and are aware
of and have a better understanding of the links between
thoughts and behaviours the more equipped they are to live
happier lives.
John himself
knows this to be the case as he once had dreams of living
in a beautiful place with a large tree outside and close
to a church and it wasn't until many years in the future
that he came out into the garden of his present home one
morning and became very aware of his surroundings and noticed
that across from him was sat huge tree that he had not noticed
before and this triggered his memory back to this dream
he had wished for many years previously and he realised
that he was now living in the place he had wished too without
realising, and in the instant that this thought came to
him the church bell rang out as if to signify that this
was no co-incidence.
John works
with all 3 levels of the human existence, mental, physical
and spiritual but it boils down to the same thing for John.
Working towards what a person wants and supporting them
to achieve it. He is very lucky to be able to work on all
3 levels with the gift that he has been given and John gets
personal satisfaction from this. There are not many people
who have the knowledge John has along with gift of spirit.
